Oranges from my village in Finland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, I have gone to buy some oranges in the supermarket and................I have had a great surprise since the oranges were from my village. I couldn't believe it.
It's really strange how you can feel pleased by a little thing. So when you are far away from home, the little things become important things.

Edith's bicycle is stolen.............What is funny?

I had read that you can leave your bicycle unlocked in Finland and nobody will steal it. I thought that Finland was sure until the Edith's bicycle was stolen............and her bycicle was locked!!!!!!

I went with Edith and Ursula to report that the bicycle was stolen..................and the policewoman answered: what is funny? Funny is that we have to pay forty euros to register. Fourty euros for nothing.

This is the button (Aliens affairs) that you have to press to register. It is really funny!!!

Finnish people

My first contact with Finland was when I arrived at the airport. I felt like I was at home, although I had a troubled trip. The first finnish woman that I spoke to, was a Finnair's airhostess. She was really friendly.
I have comproved that the finnish people who work to attend customers, are really friendly and they are disposed to help you. So everytime that I have gone to the supermarket or at the bank they have received me with a smile.
Otherway when you try to ask some finnish in the street, they are ever in a hurry. My impression is that they don't speak with unknown people.
